Exchange Policy - Defects or Change of mind?

Should your product arrive damaged or have a defect, you can get a replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt. 

Please email to us at within 7 days of receipt of items and provide the following information:

  • Order number and item to be replaced
  • A picture of the damaged packaging as well as the product if the item arrive damaged
  • A written description of the defect
  • We will arrange a timing and contact you through your email to exchange the item at our store location 

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Should you have a change of mind after your purchase and would like to exchange for other items (equivalent value), you are welcome to visit our store and perform the exchange! 

    Please note that you need to bring the receipt and ensure that it is within 7 days. 

    *You may need to incur top-up charges when you exchange for items with higher value.
