Where do you get your products from?
We only select products of Singapore that are of high quality.

We ensure that the products we carry align to our brand values and goals. We welcome new partners with similar views to join us! Please drop us a message if you are interested and we’ll get back to you soon.
How do I stay updated for promotions or special offers?
You can subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the surprise sales or promotions that we are having, and also follow us on Facebook, Instagram.
When will I be charged?
For Online payments, we will charge you in full upon confirmation of your purchase, so please double-check your purchases before you checkout.
For Cash on Delivery, you will have to pay in full upon receiving your order at the door (for delivery).
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, we ship internationally at a flat rate of SGD 30. Due to some limitations, we may not be able to ship certain items such as bulky items or regulation issues. If you have any questions about the shipping eligibility of any product, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. SG Style reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.
What are the accepted payment modes?
For all online payments, we currently accept any credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard. Transactions are performed through Paypal and Stripe as our official payment gateways.
We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
What should I expect after I‘ve placed my order?
Depending on your chosen delivery option, allow us to process your order and give you an order update via email. Then you can wait for the delivery!
If you’re staying in a hotel, we will leave the package with the reception if you’re not available at the point of time. We will drop you a confirmation email upon delivery too.
Can I return my product?
Should you have a change of mind after your purchase and would like to exchange for other items (equivalent value), you are welcome to visit our store and perform the exchange!
Who will be delivering the order to me?
We have engaged a third-party courier service who helps us with all deliveries.
Is there a way to track my order after it has been sent out?
You can email us at email@example.com and we will be able to help you out with that.
If I make an order now and wish to get my order tomorrow, is that possible?
Yes, for your convenience, our delivery period ranges from same-day to next day deliveries!
I would like to buy a particular item for my friend as a gift. If he/she doesn’t like it, can he/she exchange for another item?
Yes, he/she is able to exchange for another item. However, an original receipt must be presented within 7 days from day of purchase and it must be in sellable condition.
I just received my online order but it seemed like I have received a defective product. What should I do?
Please take a photo of the defective product and drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it possible for me to exchange an item that I bought online at your physical store?
Yes, you are able to. Kindly print out your order confirmation email and bring along the item to our store for the exchange. Terms and conditions apply.
